Fraunhofer-Einrichtung für Additive Produktionstechnologien IAPTAdditive Production is still a young technology – thus evolving rapidly. Fraunhofer IAPT is on top of current developments, guides participants accordingly and generates new knowledge.
This training is a bespoke sessions tailored to the specific tasks of participants. Therefore, we align training details in advance, and customer-specific data can be shared prior to the training. Based on this, efficient and effective solutions are elaborated. The R&D path is directed at the development departments of companies or research organizations that want to engage in research or development of:
- new alloys, powders, processes, or other aspects directly related to the manufacturing process, including the further development of existing alloys, powders, and processes.
- new process steps before or after the printing process, such as automated design, simulation, data preparation for printing, or automated post-processing.
- new hardware systems and software methods.
