Industrialization, Production Planning & Control

Additive Manufacturing (AM) complements traditional manufacturing – from idea generation to delivery, from workbench to factory equipment. To leverage the benefits of the technology, AM requires a different way of thinking about production. In this highly interactive training "Industrialization Planning & Control," production managers, shift leaders, shift planners, data processors, logisticians, quality engineers, and safety experts will learn how to establish or integrate additive manufacturing into existing processes (e.g., milling).

The program seamlessly combines theoretical foundations with practical applications to ensure a holistic learning approach. By alternating between training sessions and supervised practical elements, we ensure a continuous learning journey. The limited number of participants per course allows for intensive support and encourages exchange among participants.

  • In-depth Expertise: Participants gain a solid understanding of how additive manufacturing can be integrated into existing industrial processes, particularly regarding:

o   Application based guidance which investments to be taken into account

o   Shop floor layout and technical equipment of the building

o   Production preparation

o   Planning and control.

  • Increased Value: By learning innovation strategies in additive manufacturing, employees can actively contribute to enhancing value creation for internal and external end customers.
  • Holistic Learning Approach: The combination of theoretical principles and practical elements ensures comprehensive understanding and facilitates the application of knowledge in practice.
  • Continuous Learning Process: The alternation between in-person training phases and supervised practical elements fosters continuous learning progress and allows participants to apply and deepen what they have learned directly.
  • Intensive Support and Networking: The limited number of participants allows for individual support and fosters intensive exchange among participants, which can lead to valuable contacts and collaborations.
  • Current Market Developments: The training provides insights into the latest developments and trends in additive manufacturing, making companies more competitive.
